I ordered a shirt and never received it?
You must input all information, including billing, correctly. Otherwise, the transaction will be declined. If you are not directed towards a "Thank You" screen after your order, or you do
not recieve a confirmation email, then the order was not processed.

Do NuSpun Apparel tees shrink?
|
NuSpun Apparel tees are preshrunk so post sale shrinkage is only 3-5%. Our fabrics are also color fast, and the fabric does not twist or wear unevenly.

My shirt design is fading, what should I do?
|
Sometimes, not all, the shirt design will begin to fade after a few washings. This is normal! Because of the earth-friendly fabrics and dyes that are used the fading is a natural occurrence.

What types of dyes are used to create your colored garments?
|
NuSpun Apparel uses low impact fiber reactive dyes. Heavy metals and chlorine are not used. Our eco-white shirts are bleached only with hydrogen peroxide, which is the same product used in everyday consumer items like tooth whitening products.

Just how earth-friendly are NuSpun Apparel tees?

Are NuSpun Apparel garments sweatshop free?
|
Yes, NuSpun Apparel never has, never will support companies associated with sweatshop labor. All NuSpun Apparel facilities are continually monitored to ensure the rights of our personnel are placed first and foremost.

Do you accept international orders?
Absolutely. We have already shipped to many countries outside of the US and around the world. We can get you our tees, regardless of where you are.
International orders with billing addresses in the US must be authorized by the card holder's bank in the US. If you are placing such an order, please provide your bank's US phone number so that the charge can be authorized.
*Please remember that international orders are subject to being charged customs fees by the destination county's government. We have no control over how much you are charged for customs and the fees are completely independent of NuSpun Apparel. Please understand that we cannot be held responsible for any additional charges the destination country imposes on you.
